My mothers car was declared a write off by absa insurance investigator 4 months ago.the problem comes here absa has decided that they would not pay the settlement and we were told that when we contacted them because it has taken too long and there is no feedback.we then asked for a detailed letter as to why vikash has decided notto settle because now we have to pay the damages ourselves.lately he has been avoiding the calls not responding to emailes and sms.even absa brokers (the insurance sales person) overlooking at this case have sent him numerous emails and calls but he is not responding snd they too want a detailed report of the outcomes ss they cannot jst inform the client without proof of a letter.this case has taken too long and we really not happy withtthe investigator vikash Lazarus.ee also have contacted the lawyer but he too cannot move forward he also needs to know why the settlement did not go through.mr m.a khenisa
