Fnb does not know how their own system works

I switched over from absa to fnb, with the impression that fnb is a better bank. although absa is more expensive than fnb, i think absa's service is definitely better. i opened a e-buck account and received no e-bucks. i went into the branch, their response; e-bucks account is not linked to my account. they "linked" it and there i went, impressed. after a while i checked, still no e-bucks. second time, they told me i have to swipe my card. so i swiped like mad. after a while i checked. still no e-bucks, but lots of bank costs. third time they told me my e-bucks will show after the seventh of the next month. after a while i checked, still no e-bucks but more bank costs. i wrote a comment on facebook. fnb's response; am i sure it is linked to the correct account. can you beleive that. untill today NO e-bucks
