CHANGE FROM SAVING ACCOUNT TO CHEQUE DISSASTER

I've changed from savings account to cheque in October 2012.1- my cheque card was never ordered it took 6 weeks after going to the bank several times 2-debit order are still not switched as promised twice 3- my mobile number changed without my knowledge 4-internet banking never linked to my phone .5- now am sitting with ONLINE banking but no limit and nobody notify me when went to the branch on 14/02/2013 to resolve all of this issues . spoke to Lebo from the branch and explain how many times i've been walking to the bank to sort out this account and how tired i am with their pathetic service, all she could say was she wasn't there when all this started and she cannot stop me from changing banks, asked her to get it rite but still not all has been resolved .people that I've liaise with- Lulu she opened my account, 2 Bongani who eventually ordered my card and confirmed debit orders switched (which are not) and his manager, she rude and has no customer service .3 Lebo- from enquiries -internet bankin 4.Lerato from call centre and Mbali- ref XEK3087 ..now both internet and cellphone banking has been de-activated .how do send money to my son urgently. WHAT KIND OF BANK IS THIS.
