Earlier on this month my Lumina was taken into Chevrolet Centurion for overheating problems. Chevrolet diagnosed the problem as the radiator and it was replaced thereby resolving the problem. The service assistant called in and the claim was dismissed. SA Warranties stated that this was not a mechanical breakdown. Why pay for the warranty if you are not covered? Why employ imbeciles that don't understand their policies or the product. Off again to the Ombudsman
