I bought a car at fourways volkswagen in january and in May it overheated but I have two existing warranties with SA Warranty thus the bumper to bumper warranty and step up warranty both covering overheating. So it came as a surprise when my claim was rejected reason being that am not coverd for overheating but it clearly states that am covered on the policy documents. So there comes the.
