FALSE INFORMATION!

I bought a second hand CUV in 2011. I took out the extra warranty because it is a second hand car and a 4x2.
The steering and starter started giving trouble, so I phoned SA WARRANTIES. The call center told me to take the vehicle to any accredited RMI dealer. I took the vehicle to CENTURION ENGINEERING. They assessed the vehicle and confirmed the faults on the vehicle. They then phoned SA WARRANTIES to lodge the claim. I waited? 3 weeks and then had to phone and query the status of the claim because NO ONE phoned me. I was told that I have to pay for the service and then claim it back. I told the call center that This is UNACCEPTABLE, I signed a contract which gives ME the option; a) pay for the service and claim it from SA WARRANTIES b) The RMI dealer invoices SA WARRANTIES. So where do I, the insurer get a say in this? The call center told me "well sorry but this is how it is, you pay and claim from us". SA WARRANTIES is a bunch of frauds!
