Bought a 2nd hand vehicle mid 2013. Good service from Pinnacle Cars, but has to do with the mechanical warranties being sold by them. Was given option to buy a mechanical warranty underwritten by Warranty Solutions. As it was an old vehicle, I took the decision to buy the warranty. Had a costly breakdown recently and tried to claim and did not get the response I expected. Was given a blunt response that the particular part was excluded and the repair was my problem. Reading actual warranty and the reports on "Warranty Solutions" on this site it appears that there are so many exclusions and also them finding any reasons not to pay a claim that the warranty is actually worthless. It is your choice whether to buy the policy or not, but please be warned and think carefully before you part with your hard-earned money.
