I want to warn every consumer about SA Warranties. I had a policies SA Warranties to fix some of the componebts in my car. And every time I had a problem with my vehicle taking it to a dealer I will be told that SA Warranties is not paying their accounts they dont use them. And when I enquire with SA Warranties they say they will not help me if the dealer is refusing to use them and I had to stay with the mechanical failure on the vehicle or fix it myself and SA Warranties doesn't care if you have a vehicle or not. Now I have a Radio/CD player problem in my vehicle and the radio is the factory fitted it must be fix by Ford and Mazda because all the R.M.I cannot help it must be taken to the agent. And SA Warranties because of their bad paying record with Ford and Mazda they say there is nothing they can do to help me fix the radio I must pay for myself. But on my policy document they have to pay R1000.00 for the radio. And they did it before when I had an alarm problem they open a claim for me but when the vehicle was fixed they didnt pay I had to pay because the dealer was not gonna released my car until they received all the payment. And they never reimbursed me the R1000.00
