I have an extended warranty policy with SA warranties and my car's ignition stopped working, i'm out of the manufacturer's warranty which automatically activates my extended warranty benefits. I took the car to a dealer for quote, the dealer then called the SA warranties to submit a quote. I was then told my policy does not cover ignition problems, I checked my policy documents and it states on page 4 item 9 that Electronic Ignition is covered.
Im hugely dissapointed since i have been paying this policy for the past 3 years and this is my first claim.
