Over the past 2-3 months I have had numerous problems getting my credit and petro cards. I live in Centurion but my cards are being send to Hyde park branch. When I requested the cards to be send to FNB Lifestyle centre branch they send it to Centurion mall branch. I get messages and calls from CCD couriers to arrange delivery only to find out that they are looking for one Gordon Morgan. I have to make calls to the courier company at my expense as well as to FNB to rectify the problem
I have send a mail to FNB to find out when my one petrocard that is due to expire end August will be available. Each time I need to go through a verification process and each time something goes wrong meaning I have to make another call again at my cost.
Today I spoke to one Sipho and requested that he investigate what's happening to my card and phone me back with an answer and he refused to do it.
