I've previously lodged a complaint about SA Warranties that are not willing to pay the whole claim, apparently they only pay for the cause and not the whole problem. It seems to me that SA Warranties are selling their insurance / warranties to the public under false pretences. I would've really liked for a supervisor / manager from SA Warranties but up to today nobody went through the trouble of doing so. It seems to me like they don't have time because of all the complaints?! (My original reference / claim number is SAW-242626-CLM. Obviously their marketing personnel can do a better job than the people in the claims department!!
