Unauthorized Debit orde

So I recently purchased a new vehicle, changed jobs and my old company did not pay me what was due to me. Therefore all my accounts including my vehicle went into arrears. Nevertheless I tried to catch up my arrears on my vehicle, but obviously like everyone I have other expenses and couldn't pay another 6000 last month. There was money in my account for personal use and FNB decides to take the money without informing me, no final demand, no e-mail, no sms to find out if they could debit my account. I take full responsibility for the arrears on my account but I have paid my car every month so far and its just one months installment I need to settle, which I have tried to. As I get money I'll pay it towards the arrears. Who the gave FNB the permission to take money out of my account??? And on top of it the so called "platinum customers" gets priority and benefits other account holders don't, which they say but that's also a load of c. I'm highly annoyed, I need that money for doctors bills, not like they give a s. If you continue with your unauthorized debits I will close my account, I don't need this rubbish in my life or problems created by you!! Its absolute nonsense
