Vehicle Account unstable and no help from the Bank

On the 23rd Jan 2013 I paid R8890.00 which was inclusive of both monthly instalment of R4102.00 and arrears. I then called the Bank and requested my account to be re-instated and the debit date changed from 1st of the month to the 25th of every month and I was told everything was done. Suprisingly the debit when again on the 1st Feb. 2013, I again called the Bank and the money was reversed back into my acc. The normal debit went on the 25th Feb. and 25th March as requested and I assumed that everything was okey. I received a call on the 01 April to say my account was handed over and I must pay for Feb installment and I explained to Mthetheleli what happed on that and that my account was not in arrears, few days later Sipho called me about the same and I also explained and suggested that I do the change of debit date in writting of which I did on the application form he sent and returned it back via email (proof available). On the 25th of Apr & May amount of R5300 went through, I called th Bank and I was told it was sorted since never requested a split over arrears, In May same story. I really needed help to resolve this but Gabiba is unable and all my acc. are handed over by this.
