Account not updated and bad attitude

So i was in arrears with my installment due to my husband losing his job and i had to cover both our expenses.. then i was called by wesbank's debt collector Nedia Faquir who wanted payment for the arrears and i asked her for an arrangement of 4 months to pay off arrears while paying full monthly installment as well even though i couldnt afford it. She accepted the arrangement as per her management and off we went starting with 1st payment in July. September she did not put in the manual debit order on emailing her she said it has come off already for the 1/8 then i was confused as the arrears left didnt make sense etc etc..Today i get a call from someone else at wesbank advising me that my account is in arrears by 1.7months in the amount of R9800!! are you insane. my arrears was only R7500 which i have paid two amounts of R1751 already, currently with today's payment if will leave me with one more payment of R1751 to pay, where in the do you get to call me about arrears when my account is not updated and then the lady has an attitude with me when i told her to rectify my account. I have email correspondece with Nedia monthly regarding the arrears. This is appauling servic
