I am FED-UP with Capitec Bank. I was retrenched in April and submitted all my documents to the Parow branch in the middle of April 2013. I was informed that the claim will take up to 90 days after its been submitted to the retrenchment department. Its close to 120 days now since I have submitted my claim and still NO RESPONSE from Capitec. I called in on the 90th day and Grant (Supervisor of the CSR Department) promised me that he will follow up on my claim and get back to me within 3 days (unprofessional, incompetent). Staff at Capiec is very unreliable.
