I received an sms saying that ADT was going to withdraw money due to my account being in arrears. I called them to inquire about this since i had a debit order with them and the account should not be in arrears. The call center agent then said it was a mistake as my account was up to date. The come Saturday the very same amount that they said was in arrears was deducted and then a further deduction for my monthly service. Now calling an trying to get hold of someone is like trying to win the lotto, Can i please have someone call me back and sort this out as i cannot wait for 10 days to have my money back. How can ADT have so many complaint here?? This is so concerning...
