I am so frustrated!!!

14th of Jun in the morning, I rushed to ATM to withdrew money 4 my bus tag, there was a guy in front of me & another guy at the back, immediately after the guy in front of me did whatever he was doing at the ATM, I went in, I inserted the card & suddenly a different screen popup, requesting a voucher number, when I put in password, I could see my numbers, not stars(), quickly I cancelled the transaction, I couldn't get my card back, I waited there scared & trembling, I didn't know what 2 do, sms came, all my money gone, I jumped into the bus 2 work, after 10 minutes another sms came through R5000 deposited into my acc, a passenger borrowed me a phone 2 block the card, blocked it, arrived @ work &asked 2 go 2 the bank 2 report this matter, I went home 2 collect the ID, straight 2 the bank 2 report this matter, case opened, a month went by, with no updates, called them daily 2 find out the latest updates on the case, was refered pillar 2 post, 7th Aug they called me, " unfortunatelly we can't refund u, our investigation shows machine being tempered that day & the fact that u reported the mater aft those deposited some cash into your acc using your card it shows u r working with them, pls help me
