Applied for an additional loan today only to be told that I do not qualify, yet I can get a cell phone contact valued over 24 months at R13176.
What really me off is that i have been a client of yours for almost 2 years, had 3 cell phone contacts and a personal loan, cell contracts all paid up as well as refinance on a bigger loan which paid up the R16000, loan.
Apply for an addional R10k and told sorry you cannot afford it,
Do not need the operator o Bayport to tellme what I can afford according to your computer system.
So I can get a cell phone contract for R549, per month but not a loan. thats what Bayport thinks of loyal customers who never faulted on a single payment.
Well when this current loan is finished I will go some where else where a customer is worth at least something.
An to add insult you guys have called in the pass trying to sell insurance? what a joke, pity then your system does not tell they customer cannot afford it, oh wait it's not your money???
