INCORRECT WITHDRAWAL

On the 21st April 2013 at 18H30 i went to Jabulani Mall Standard bank to withdraw cash then after i inserted the card it did not even ask for my pin number it just froze and my card was taken by the Atm and nothing was prompted by the machine and did not even got the slip to say anything whilst confused there trying to stop the card at 18H47 the notification came in to say i withdrawn R5000.00 from Jabulani shell and did not even leave the atm for a moment, then i called my wife at home to call prestige call centre to cancel the card immediately, On Monday i sent them a message to tell them about my query and i am being sent from pillar to post that they are still waiting for the machine to be cleared to see if my card was inserted there, how long does it take to do that where must i get the money during that investigation and don't they have camera's at their machine, i want STD bank to refund my money ASAP into my bank account as this was not my fault but their fault i have been having problems with withdrawals lately with them now this, STD bank must get their stories right, and i need a written apology from STD bank as this has put me in a stressful situation.
