19th July - I emailed and requested my policy be cancelled effective immediately
8th Aug - I noted I had been billed for August, I called customer service, instead of cancelling and giving me a refund I was bullied into taking a lower premium and not given the chance to speak to my broker or think about it
12th Aug - sent another email (as I had the weekend to think) saying I want to stick to my guns and cancel my policy and I expect my full refund to which I have been told that my 1st cancellation they didn't get even though I have a copy of it, that I agreed to a new policy on the 8th and they will only refund me from the 8th Aug and not my original date.
I feel like I have been!
I was bullied by the consultant on the 8th Aug who wouldnt accept my cancellation!!
I feel like this is about to be an admin nightmare to get my money back...
I have been with Outsurance 8 years and am appalled by the way I have been treated and am glad that I have moved away
