On the 24 October 2013, I went to ATM to withdraw cash. A black man in front of me left his receipt behind and as I approached the ATM, he came to me and said sorry he forget his receipt, so he came in front and took his receipt. As I turned to insert my card into the ATM he pulled it away and said that's not how you do it, as I turned to pull away from him the ATM asked for a voucher number.By then he had disappeared and when I tried to cancel it didn't do anything. 3 minutes later I got an sms saying R5000 was drawn out of my account. I immediately called std bank and blocked my accounts and Josh helped me. He then gave me a number for the department, I called and explained my situation and was given a case number: 3455693. The next morning I got an sms stating standard bank GFCC card claim will take 10 working days which gave me hope of my money being returned. On Monday 4 November 13, I get a call from a lady at std bank asking what happened, after explaining she tells me "sorry but we at std bank will not give back the money as this was an act of crime" as your card goes into a cardless service, so I keep my money for safety and you offer a cardless service to criminals
