First National Bank
ATM

On the 27th March 2013 I went to belhar shopping mall to draw money at the. Fnb ATM. I inserted my card enteredby pin then the machine swolled my card. Approximately 3minuted whilst I was waiting for a response from the machine thinking that my card will come out, I received an sms that r2700 was drawn from my account. I called the bank to block my card. The response from the call centre after having to repeat my I'd number a few times and having to shout because I cud not be heard was ma'am we have cancelled your account. I then ask so what do I do in terms of my money being missing now. I was told to go to thee bank open a case for further investigan. The thursday morning I arrived at the bank spoke to the bank manager and the response I got was oh sorry u know that you are not getting your money back because you are responsible for your pin, You need to open a case of and this is a case for the police. He then without any empathy just walked away. I then needed a debit card in the meantime to draw money and was told my the cashier it is R67. To date no one has contacted me. The matter will now be handed over to the bank ombudsman. Dissattisfied customer.
