Teller swallowed card

I went to Witpoortjie to draw money for petrol. The teller swallowed my card and the machine went off. While my card was still inside the teller, I received SMS's stating that my account was cleared???!!! I immediately went to FNB to report the matter. My mother waited at the teller until my return from the bank so that she could retrieve my card. The machine eventually came back on but my card never emerged.

Eleanor said she was going to hand the matter over for investigation and it will take 8 weeks. I went back twice to find out how the investigation was progressing. Eleanor never reported the matter that day. Only when I received an SMS two weeks ago, I found out that she only then reported the matter, which is very very bad service. She told me the second time that they were still busy with the investigation, but in actual fact she knew was lying through her teeth, as she did absolutely NOTHING at all.

I do not appreciate being accused of giving out my personal pin number to a stranger! I am not an.

I will be closing my and my son's personal accounts with FNB as soon as possible.

My card was not in the hands of "someone" but within a teller.
