I called the Absa Vehicle Finance call centre 0860669669 on 30/7/2013 to request my original registration docs, because I settled my account. I was given a ref# CZ130705341 and told my docs are on their way. CCD couriers called me to arrange delivery but according to them they received instruction to deliver to Andre Martin, which is not me. They assured me that they will take it up with Absa but I am still waiting. Time is against me because I have a buyer for my vehicle but am afraid the transaction will be cancelled as result of Absa's bad service!! As always, I expect someone from the bank to call me tomorrow with some weak apology but that will still leave me without my registration documents. Such a bad bad bank!
