On the 16th of October 2012 I settled my vehicle finance account with ABSA.
Ever since then it's been an uphill battle to get my car registration documents from them.
I've called and emailed several times with no avail.
Every time I get the answer that it's been posted and lately that it got lost and new papers requested.
Up until now I haven't received anything nor have I received any feedback from ABSA.
It's now more than a year later and I would really like to get the car registration documents.
