Absa Vehicle Finance Archive Department is Archaic

Sold my Mom's car and desperately trying to get the original registration documents for her from Absa. She is currently not in the country but I have faxed through all required docs and letters signed by her twice to 086 111 4236 and mailed it to [Email Removed] as well as per request of the call centre staff after I spoke with them for the millionth time today. No on is getting back to me on if they have received them and how long it will take and then one little told me this morning that they still cannot pick up the application on the system and that I will not be able to sign for the docs anyway as the courier will not give me the docs unless I send Absa a signed letter from my Mom that I am allowed to do so!!! (Which I have since done) I have been given FIVE different extensions for the Archive Department - NONE of which work. They just ring and ring or are engaged and I have tried several times. Not happy with Absa and will certainly blame them if this sale is delayed and the buyer decides to pull out!
