About a month ago we had requested documents for a vehicle we had bought and that was completely paid off through absa. We were told 10 days after an initial run around of note. Now several week later we are no closer to finding out exactly where the docs are and when we can expect it. Not to mention when you do call this Call Centre you are shafted to every corner and extension and several minutes later you are no closer to an answe than before the call. How difficult can it be to find a document and send it?
