Vehicle Registration Papers

I've sold 2 quad bikes I bought through ABSA in 2005. I need the vehicle registration papers to transfer the vehicles to the new owner. I phoned ABSA, and they said I should phone the 0860669669 call center.
I called the center, and spoke to a Glenda person, who refuses to accept that quad bikes have registration papers. I asked to speak to her supervisor, she put me on endless hold...
I need those papers urgently, so who do we speak to at ABSA?
