VEHICLE REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS

I as the company proxy of the company have applied for the vehicle registration documents from ABSA VF contact center on 05.07.2013 after the vehicle has been paid off. The vehicle has been financed through ABSA VF and was purchased as a new vehicle from the dealer but to my surprise when I contacted ABSA today 12.07.2013 to find out if the registration documents have been sent already, I have been told my request have been declined due to the documents have been already been requested and sent in 2008. I was provided with the ABSA contact details 0113703000 and 0112216111 to ask (TESSA) because she is the one who requested for the registration documents. I did contact (TESSA) above but to my shock I have been told (TESSA) has already left ABSA for around 5 years now. I have been as well given the telephone and tracing numbers for the courier company (UTI) to ask where have they delivered our documents. I have called UTI at the number 0116719500 and UTI confirmed to me that they do not have the records for the tracing number I have provided, and they cannot be able to access the transactions that were done as far back as 2008.
