I paid off my vehicle received registration papers, went to licensing department to do Change of Ownership and was told the papers i received is not the latest document. i called absa was told to refax everything i received, with a cover letter. i was then told i had to go to the licensing department and request the document and fax it Absa i refused and advised them i do not have the time no money to go and request a document that Absa should be giving me. i was then told a duplicate would be requested and sent to me.it has now been a month. i have called Absa 4 times with no resolution. i have wasted enough money on airtime just trying to get what is due to me.
All i want is my registration papers!!!
