A month to activate an account

I opened a business account at the beginning of July, i am "STILL" waiting for it to be activated, i was sent a certificate on the 1 august then another email to say please ignore it, the account name is not my business name, i am trying to get hold of the consultant who is handling my account, who does not return my calls, i phone almost every day, i can't get a straight answer out of anyone - i chose FNB as it promises to be quick and easy with no hassles - i want an answer as to why i have received such pathetic service and why my account hasn't been activated yet - a month to open an account!!! Come on! Really!!! I have sent a complaint to the bank itself, which promised to sort it out and i was told she would follow up, and still nothing - I've had enough!
