DELAY IN BUSINESS ACCOUNT ACTIVATION

I applied for a business account online on 18/01/2013. It is now 4/02/2013 and my account is still not activated. The CCD couriers from FNB arranged to collect the necessary original documents and never pitched, without even a phone call that they wouldn't be able to collect the documents on the arranged time. I wonder if I didnt phone the next day, if they would've collected the documents.
The documents were eventualy collected on Wednesday, 30/01/2013 around 14h00 with the promise it would be in Johannesburg the next day. I phoned Thursday afternoon and I was told that the documents will be there on Friday and my account will be activated. I phoned again Friday afternoon about 15h30 and was promised that they will phone me back after finding out whether the documents have arrived. Needless to say, I am still waiting for the return call.
I phoned AGAIN this morning and guess what: THE DOCUMENTS ARE STILL NOT IN JOHANNESBURG!!! And again I was promised tomorrow. I was also told that the manager of the business account department will phone me. It is 2 hours later, still no phone call. I am very disappointed with FNB's service and not living up to their promises!!!
