Have I made a wrong decision

On saturday I went to standard bank cresta to open an account. I have a Platinum account with ABSA but felt its time for change since they have been messing me around. I went to cresta and the consultant opened the account, prestige account i was told. At the end he said my account is theoretically opened, they will have to do some checks snd give me a call on monday. It is now Wednesday I have not received any call from standard bank, despite my numerous calls nothing has been done on my account since saturdat and it does not look like they need new customers at the moment.

In the meantime I need an account like yesterday cuz I need to transfer some funds. If I had gone to FNB My account would have been activated same time, my card delivered to my door in two days.. I guess now we know who is Steve in the FNB advert.

If I do not get any feeback on this account by close of business, you can kiss my goodbye, I will go straight to FnB and continue to warn others about your service. What is the point of yo prestige account if u waste my time like this??
