Business Account - No Response!

Good Day

I have registered to open a Business Account on the 17 Sept 2013. Sent through all request documents. My Refernec no: 1-CD6BSM. I then received and email about InContact services with the below details.

Customer Reference Number : 000000034408886

When will I get my details for payment to CIPC as I like to get an official Registration No. so I can start to trade. I had to even Phone in and query why did I get th email for Incontact and was told the account was opened. There was no communication saying this and If all is not resolve by end of the week, please cancel my bank account and application. I will register the business with CIPC by my self and then open an acoount with another bank who will keep there promises.
