6 month interest free

I opened my Edgars account last year around June/July... This was just to get myself a credit record.
When account was approved I went with my mother to open/activate the account. I was told the account was on a 6 month interest free account. I only realised last week that this is not the case (After asking my mother to check my statement) and I was placed on a 12 month interest charge account.

This is very sad as I always pay 500 or more on this account. I was not sent a statement from the time the account was opened until January this year...

I am certain I requested a 6 month account so the lady who activated my account disregarded my wishes.

I Intend to pay the the account up and close it.. Good bye Edgars and ripping innocent people off.
