Refused to open a business account

I was not impressed with the service i received from Bathopele Branch in Mafikeng- I spoke to the manager as well who confirmed that they will not even open the account without a proof of income to the entity. I had opened a business account very recently in the name of Seyanokeng trading pty ltd, I did not receive any call or sms to state that the account is about to be closed. The business account that was opened was not activated as the manager told me to bring of income of the business and I asked them to re-open the same account or open a new one as I wanted to deposit money into the account right then and there. I requested to be opened and they refused to open another one. I have experienced a lot of branches and have never been treated so poorly in my life. How am I expected to provide proof of income for a newly founded business??? I have been with FNB for years and this is the service I receive? I was willing to pay the charges accumulated on the account (as they told me the "YOU EVEN OWE US" the tone was uncalled for), can someone contact me as a loyal client what kind of service is this.
