Yes - Quick, move to FNB!!!

We moved our business to FNB over a month ago:
1. My personal cheque account - platinum
2. My husband's cheque account - private
3. His partners personal cheque account - private
4. My business account
5. My husbands business account
This email was finally sent to them this morning:
"Did you know that we had a business banker?
I didn't - and through all the struggling with the rubbish online system, and you STILLLLLL not being able to authorise your payments on your computer... No body has told us there is someone to help us! And Sanel is not responding to my emails either! And the online guy doesn't get back to you... That I could treat my clients like this!!! And no - our personal banker has still not got hold of us either - your partner managed to get hold of one, get one assigned to her to help her sort out - but that was also only after a screaming match on the phone. She has specifically asked that that person phone us -also to no avail. If you need to get hold of her - her details are below as she is not getting hold of us in a month since moving to FNB - $@@# service is all we have had so far.
