I took out a policy with dial direct which was supposed to start at the end of august, so they started to debit order before time, and there was no funds avail in the bank, so i reversed it from the bank and had to pay the bank fees, i would like to cancel my contract with them, I'm going to find different insurance somewhere else. they were supposed to phone me on Thursday and did not come back to me regarding the problem.
