I just want someone to tell me if banking with FNB is a CRIME. When i open an account i was given a gold cheque card and was told i can qualify for a Home&Vehicle finance and a credit card. In May i applied for an FNB credit card which reason been that i don't have a credit record which is incorrect as i have 5 account including Home Choice which is 10months old now. i laid a complain and was told to email my Home Choice account statement which i did to [Email Removed] and have not receive feedback ever since and also applied for a smartphone device only to receive an sms that i don't have a cheque account with the bank. Can somebody please tell me why FNB is treating me like trash or is it because am a foreign national they must just tell me that they don't offer this product to passport holders than throwing me from pillar to pole.
