If dial direct say that they are going to take out our debit order on the last day of the month, then they should take the money out at 12AM on the last day of the month, this always happens with dial direct, they only ever wait until the 2nd or the 3rd of every month and I don't want to wait that long for my debit orders to go through, I am extremely impatient and I dont want to have to keep checking my bank balance to see if they have processed the debit order, it is the 30th today and still they haven't taken out the money... this seriously angers me, maybe I should be with an insurance company who will take out the money when they promise in the very beginning so that I can spend my other money without worrying if I willl still have funds left for my car insurance!!!
