I am currently working overseas, for the first time in may years, I had problems in transferring funds into my SA bank account. My debit order was not covered. I received an SMS from DIAL DIRECT.
It is not technically possible to call DIAL DIRECT which has a 0860 (share call) number from outside SA.
I log a query on the website.
The site would not allow me to load a contact number more than the standard 10 digits as in SA.
So i load my e-mail address, all I get from DIAL DIRECT is an automatic reply e-mail stating they will call me.
NOBODY CALLED.
So I sent another query.

...JUST SEND ME YOUR BANKING DETAILS TO MAKE PAYMENT... OR EASIER STILL, PUT IT ON YOUR WEBSITE.
