I contacted Dial Direct to cancel my householders insurance. Faizel asked me the reason for the cancellation, as I have been a client since 2004.
I advised that that we would now be covered under my spouses employers insurance (he works for another short term insurer) and that the rates were much lower as he was staff.
Faizel spoke to me like he'd known me for years and requested the premium under the "new insurer" when I advised him, he said that Dial Direct would better that.
In a nutshell, I started out wanting to cancel my policy, however because of the great service from Faizel, I will continue my policy with Dial Direct.
