I was in a car accident and it was not my fault, I pay my car insurance every month and with this said I have to pay access of R4000 for dial direct to commence forth with repairing my car, the person that bumped me was identified and all the details was supplied. I find it highly unprofessional to expect me to pay access when I pay Dial Direct every month. What is the point of me carrying on or having insurance if I have to cough up anyways? deeply disappointed in Dial Direct.
