I have a problem with possible double billing from Dial Direct. This is now the second month that this has happened where in the space of two days two automatic debits go off... same amount. The one is listed as Dial Direct and the other one is Dial 24. Is this just me or is there something really wrong!!!? I will take this up with my bank and hopefully Dial Direct will take responsibility for the errors and sort this out on their end. If the automatic debits are not a safe way to pay anymore... I will have to change insurance companies.
