On Thursday morning, I noticed fivedebits on our business account in the name of Payd MTN Eazi. Three were drawn within three minutes of each other on Wednesday lunchtime and the other two were made early Thursday morning. I immediately reported them and was informed that they would be reversed. On Friday, I noticed that two had been honoured. This morning the other two large amounts have also been honoured. Only the R7 amount first drawn is still outstanding.
Standard Bank's department has broken its undertaking to reverse them. They are adamant that they can only do when the investigation is done. I maintain that this is condoning criminal activity. They would rather trust the than their client.
Should I lay criminal charges against them for?
