I paid-off my account a long time ago and just wanted a copy of the original contract, but I'm so appalled by the bad service I received from them thus far.
For the last three months I've been trying to get a copy of the original contract.
I explicitly expressed to them that I need the doc's for legal litigation I'm busy with; they are delaying the whole process. I'm still waiting after an innumerate amount of phone calls.
I escalated my complaint to the supervisor on various occasions and subsequently spoke to a multitude of people ET nauseum relating the whole story at each call.
Each person promising to resolve the matter.
I feel I have no other alternative to bring this unsatisfactory conduct to the management's attention.
Under normal circumstances I would have let it slide, but it's just that I'm very irate and disgruntled.
It is not my intention to rock the boat and put people in trouble, but I'm sure that I'm not unreasonable in asking for the service and assistance.
I believe that you would agree that BANKFIN can ill afford such conduct by its attendants, not when it strives to position itself as the preferred Motor Vehicle Financier in South Africa.
