New Website - hate the look and feel - hate it!!!

I dont know if im the only one but its not user friendly, it looks horrendous, im trying to understand the logic behind it looking like my laptop is a bigger phone screen. it looks very clumsy and i keep getting unknown error occurred. why did fnb have to go and ruin their lovely website. is there an undo button??? rollback maybe please there should be an option to use the previous website. Was a feasibility study done with a group of clients to see how people would respond to it??? i dont understand fnb! why??? im so disappointed :(
