I took out a contract in January which was not a contract I wanted. I have already reported this as a transaction and this matter was handed over to Sisa at head office. This was a few months back, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!! I have requested a copy of the contract signed by myself nearly 4 months ago and Sisa undertook to sort this out with the Manager of cell C Fourways in order for me to get a copy of the signed contract. This has never happened and I stand by my original comment that I did not sign for an open line contact and I want to see where I signed for this contract. An amount of approx R4000 has been taken off my bank account and needs to be refunded to me. My Cell C number in question is 0843821959
