Since i request copy of my vehicle contracts and registration form, 2013.15.12. have been calling everyday, i will be transfered from one person to another or they will say matter is been escalated. No one ever call me for feedback, they even reffered me to dealer and dealer says its their responsibility.
I have communicated with them via email, always is your matter will be resolved within 24 to 48 working hours.i will wait patiently but after given that time and no progress i call them they will say request is been sent.
Its reallypiercing heart for an account still active but no documents.
Can this be treated as matter of urgent, i am lossing my job now because of copies not even original documents.
