Chas Everitt International Property
Amending Contract without mutual Consent, legal?

I rented a property from Choose Success now Chass Everit in Mosselbay, I gave early notice of which I'm liable for 10% of the remainder of the term, which I agreed to, then apparently the owner INSISTED on another months rent, I wrote a complaint letter to the agency that sent me a contract that was amended of which I don't have same copy, now the apartments needs paint after I consulted with a legal consultant that implied that the contract is null and void when it has been amended by hand and there is no consensus on this, They don't have my consent. Now after the 1st onwer sold it to the 2nd owner never was it painted, and now after normal wear and tear and it being structural, the remainder of the deposit will be used for Dulux paint, and it has Contractors PVA on the walls, I would like to know is this? Does all Chass Everit companies deal with consumers in this manner, because to me is dishonest and then you pride yourself on conduct, conduct like this is questionable? I will gladly send the correspondence. Is that legal, because according to my source it's not legally enforceable any longer? Do you pride yourself on this behaviour and literaaly rob people of deposit?
